Bignuts S.R.L.’s primary business is the processing and packing of walnuts meats. Our's manufacturing base is equipped with shelling and calibration machines.

 

Bignuts S.R.L. is a modern company with latest sorting and processing equipment, which allows us to guarantee our partners products of superior quality and purity. The production is carefully selected and it meets all the requirements of the european quality standard ISO. The company is able to process 1000 tones of dry walnut per year.

 

Bignuts S.R.L. main production is concentrated in capital of Moldova – Chisinau. Placed on over 800 m2, factory includes acquisition place, walnut processing facility and drying line.

New times for walnut cracking

 

We designed, constructed and patented a unique technology of walnut cracking. This new professional device yield the highest percentage of walnut halves - 80% and allows to process a 1000 tones of walnut in shell per year. Shelled walnuts are further graded by color and separated into different sizes.
