This new professional device yield the highest percentage of walnut halves - 80% and allows to process a 1000 tones of walnut in shell per year. Shelled walnuts are further graded by color and separated into different sizes.
By providing us walnuts in shells for further processing, we guarantee that you will receive not less than 80% halves of walnut meats.
Our processing line performs the following operations:
